A French Bakery
We were very excited to open our on-site bakery in February 2021, now run by head baker Ludovic Fritz. From Alsace, Ludovic trained with some of the best bakers in France; Jovial and always smiling he has an infectious creative energy! Get ready for the finest classics of French baking as well as some innovative and exciting new treats. Bon appétit! If you pop into the store early enough, you might see the bakers in action as they start from 2 or 3am every day!
